30-day returns

We accept return requests for any reason within 30 days after you receive the item. Email contact@ca.slingshot-store.com with your order number before mailing an item. We will provide the return address and instructions. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of return postage.

Wrong or faulty item

If an item is wrong, faulty or misdescribed, tell us the order number and describe the issue. A photo or video may help us resolve it but is not required to exercise a legal right. We will explain the appropriate remedy and return arrangements, and cover return postage where required by applicable law.

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds are made through the original payment method after the return has been processed. Bank processing can add time after we issue a refund. Exchanges are available only for a different size or colour of the same style, where that option exists. To choose another product, return the original item and place a new order.

This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
